For the first time since 2003, the Sailors defeated the Kincardine Bulldogs in regulation by a score of 3-1 on Friday night. This comes only days after
Brett McGuinness was the first Sailors player ever to receive the league's player of the month, for his strong play throughout January. The win was the first road victory for the team this season, and the first win since November 20, and therefore the first win in 2010.
