Todd has been with the AAA Lakers for the last six (6) years with five (5) of those years as a Head Coach.

Todd had an opportunity to see the league from the executive side of things as he was the acting President for one (1) term plus was in charge of Hockey Operations all with the Huron-Perth AAA Lakers.  

Todd's reputation of being a highly intense motivator is exactly what the Sailors Executive staff went looking for. Organized and with high expectations of himself and of the players should prove a solid foundation to improve on team results.
